Both plans include hosting, security, backups and ongoing support. The difference is in how much we do for you on an ongoing basis. Essentials keeps your site live, fast and secure — ideal if your content rarely changes. Managed goes further, with priority support, regular content updates and small design changes all included as standard. If your business changes regularly or you want us to handle everything, Managed is the one.

No. The setup fee and monthly plan are all-in. Your domain registration is the only separate cost — typically £10–£20/year — and we'll handle the purchase if you need us to. We'll always tell you about any extra costs upfront, before you commit to anything.

Yes. After your site launches, the monthly plan is rolling with 30 days' notice to cancel. There's no minimum term, no exit fee and no awkward conversations. If you cancel, we provide an export of your site files and you keep your domain.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Just drop us a message.

Domain registration is not included in the monthly fee as it varies by TLD and renewal cycle. A .co.uk domain costs around £10–£15/year. We can register it on your behalf and bill it separately, or point your existing domain to your new site if you already have one.

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT at the standard rate (currently 20%) will be added to your invoice. If you're VAT-registered, you'll be able to reclaim this in the usual way.

Yes — through our parent company Bandicoot, we supply Microsoft 365 mailboxes for businesses. That means professional email addresses on your own domain (e.g. hello@yourbusiness.co.uk), along with access to the full Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams. Ongoing support is included, so if you ever have an issue with your email, there's someone to call. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll put a package together for you.

Our standard pricing covers the vast majority of business websites. If you have bespoke requirements — custom integrations, a complex booking system, e-commerce functionality or a large content migration — we'll scope it properly and give you a clear fixed quote before any work starts.
